This is an online pole instructor training course that will take at least 20 hours to complete.

The aim of this course is to understand the health benefits of fitness to the general wellbeing. To understand and apply basic principles of fitness, and to be able to design a safe and eﬀective Pole Fitness class for beginner student In this course you will learn, how to prevent injuries during exercise, provide safe environment for the students, to help people to reach their fitness goals and to introduce them to pole fitness and to improve general fitness and health.
What you’ll learn in this course
Heath and Safety
Participation in fitness/dance studios should be an enjoyable experience, and any genuine risk to health and safety should be minimised where possible. The Instructor has an important role to play when employed as a member of staﬀ in a health and fitness facility and when servicing customers on a self-employed basis. You’ll learn about how to avoid risk and hazards in a fitness environment and also how to avoid injuries and what to do in a case of an emergency which is all the important knowledge that a fitness professional must know.
How to support clients
Building positive relationships with students are essential in fitness environments. In this section you’ll learn about relationship with the students, what Personal Qualities an instructor need, Motivational techniques and how to manage client complaints.
Planning a pole session In this section you’ll learn how to designing a safe and eﬀective session for your class. You’ll learn how to design a warm up, conditioning and cool down stretches. This section includes the core beginner pole fitness grips, moves, spins, transitions with detailed description, teaching points, common mistakes, variations, tips all with images and video demonstrations with instructions to help your studies.
Sport Anatomy & Physiology
Studying anatomy is particularly important subject for Trainers and Fitness Instructors. They are required to study muscles for anatomy to equip them with the right biological knowledge. Learning even the basic anatomy for strength training, for instance, can enhance the results. This knowledge proves eﬀective for the trainers to develop eﬀective training programs for their clients. In this chapter you’ll learn about the musculoskeletal system, the musculoskeletal system, function of the skeleton, flexibility and Stretching.
In this section you’ll learn about learning styles, eﬀective teaching method, how to check technique and how to choreograph.

Alex has been a pole fitness instructor since 2013. In her classes she thrived to teach at her best and her aim is to share the knowledge she gained throughout the years. Teaching in London gave Alex the opportunity to train with and learn from the best. Her interest led her to study sports in general and its benefits. In 2015 she became a qualified Personal Trainer enabling her to learn more about fitness and to be able to develop effective training programs for her clients. She loves to motivate and help others to train and follow a healthy lifestyle.
