Following a “sold out” success in Belfast…Âme du Pole…(Soul of the Pole), will be telling the history of this dance style, its similarities with other styles – including performances by international artists from Mumbai to Holland performing exclusive acts involving Mallakhamb, Circus acrobatics and award winning Pole Dance routines.

Our objective is to promote the practice of pole dance as an artistic, skilful activity and as one of the most beneficial ways for women to keep fit nowadays.
The show aims to tell you the origins of pole dancing, dating back from the 12th century to today, how it has evolved across generations and its influences in order to open your mind and break a prejudice existent in society in relation to Pole Dance. At Polercise we practice and promote Pole Dance as a way of expression and exercise.
