Her classes are well structured with a wide range of techniques covered. Coming from a dance background and understanding how the body works gives her a great advantage when it comes to teaching pole. Additional Information:

I studied dance for 21 years before teaching fitness and dance fitness.  My first teaching experience was in America where I was the Gymnastics Director at a sports camp in West Virginia I then continued assistant coaching in the UK in school trampolining prior to my university study in London.  I danced in London and California for the 4 years of my Undergraduate and Masters and a few months in New York before moving to Birmingham.  I taught yoga based fitness classes, Zumba and stretch classes at a Birmingham Health Club for 2-3 years before beginning my pole journey in 2010 and ended up teaching at a pole school then opening Body Synergy at the start of 2013.  I have taught pole now for several years and trained over 3000 students. We have had a lovely mixture of people and had a fantastic first show with a lovely young lady with downs syndrome performing after much improvement coming to regular classes.  We’re looking to expand this part of the business and have started talks with a organisation that help downs syndrome people train and complete in international sports teams.  We have long standing contacts with 3 different University pole groups, including providing Pole Fitness sessions on the BTEC course at UCB.  I have trained and mentored over 10  pole instructors through in-house training and external national qualifications in fitness and/or dance.  We run regular pole birthday and hen parties throughout the year and offer many private lessons.  I figured out I taught well over 1000 hours of pole last year lol I love it!!!

We have had two huge successful shows with the last one reaching over 200 strong and screaming  audience! We had around 40 of our dancers feature and I know that we have Lucille Marshall Pole Dance Teacherchanged many lives in the process. We are looking forward to our third public show in Autumn 2016!!

My students and I had a lot of fun as pole cleaners at the World Championships this year too!!

We have a couple of dancers/instructors entering some competitors soon too and looking forward to being represented by them :)
