Claire received her 2 references for her 4 star instructor application from Genevieve Moody and Sandrea Simons.
Sandrea said "Claire is as enthusiastic about pole as she is about life, she's a bubbly positive person and this comes across in her teaching style. Her students are made to feel very welcome in the friendly atmosphere her studio provides and her spotting techniques mean that they are safe too. She is constantly updating her pole experience by attending master classes, doing pole competitions going to pole shows and pole jams this allows her to stay informed and experienced about the industry leading to her being a great instructor.
Claire is dedicated to pole and its reputation across the country, whether she's hosting master classes at her studio or entering competitions to show her students how it's done and keeping them inspired. Her teaching methods are professional and safe and the well being of her students always comes first. Claire is constantly trying to inspire motivate and push her students to the next level. She encourages them to try new things and go to master classes and jams at other studios to keep their pole mojo on a high.
I have no hesitation in recommending her as a 4 star instructor as I know she will always do her best for her students and spreading the good word to the general public about pole dancing!"
Genevieve said "I fully support Claire Cotterill’s PDC 4 Star Instructor application and am extremely happy to be able to give such a great pole teacher a reference in support of said application. Claire is continually professionally developing herself as shown by her physical discipline background followed by moving into pole and aerial arts through her own training and also seeking it out from others. I would only ever give a reference to someone that I had actually witnessed and experienced first-hand the teaching skills of and I am pleased to say that I have no hesitation in recommending that Claire is awarded 4 star status.
I believe that Claire possesses the spirit that our Pole Community needs in welcoming all to her studio and revealing herself as an adaptable and capable teacher in dealing with pole students and pole teachers alike with a flexible and inclusive approach. Claire’s class structure is easy to follow throughout with class content adapted to the needs of each individual of varying abilities whilst still maintaining an evenness in her time spread around the studio space."

I aim to write an aerial cube instructor qualification and get it skills active and reps approved to go alongside my pole and aerial silks instructor courses.
