
PDC Registered 1 Star Instructors.
A PDC Registered (1 star) Pole Dancing Instructor has less than 2 years pole dancing experience and must comply with our code of conduct for Approved Pole Dancing Instructor. All PDC Registered (1 star) Pole Dancing Instructors supply us with a copy of their insurance and their first aid certificate as well as submitting their pole dancing CV.
All PDC Registered (1 star) Pole Dancing Instructors have passed both a PDC Approved Course and an AAP grading at Level 3 or above.

PDC Registered 2 Star Instructors.
A PDC Registered (2 star) Pole Dancing Instructor must have a minimum of 2 years pole dancing experience and must comply with our code of conduct for Approved Pole Dancing Instructor. All PDC Registered (2 star) Pole Dancing Instructors supply us with a copy of their insurance and their first aid certificate as well as submitting their pole dancing CV.
All PDC Registered (2 star) Pole Dancing Instructors have passed both a PDC Approved Course and an AAP grading at Level 4 or above.

PDC Approved Instructor (3 stars).
By complying with Approved Instructor criteria, all PDC Approved Instructors are automatically awarded (3 star) status. All 3 star instructors have provided the PDC with copies of their insurance and first aid certificates, confirmed that they are using safe poles, agreed to teach no more than three students to a pole and have promised to keep their charges reasonable.
A PDC Approved Instructors (3 star) represents the highest level of professionalism and teaching quality within the pole fitness industry.

PDC Approved Instructor (4 stars).
Four star status is achieved by providing a suitable pole dancing CV to the PDC as well as submitting your AAP for updating. The CV should detail such things as; time spent (dancing and teaching), number of students taught, competition success achieved by the instructor and/or her students, copies of press or other media articles relating to the instructor, provable commitment to career development i.e. courses attended. In addition, the application must be supported by at least two other PDC Approved Instructors.
In general, Approved Instructors (4 star) should exemplify excellence in teaching quality and have extensive pole fitness industry experience.
PDC Pioneer Award
The Pioneer Award is presented to a very few and represents the highest possible recognition in the pole fitness industry. The award is based on a mixture of experience, teaching quality and industry recognition and must be democratically voted for by the PDC Approved Instructors.
The Pioneer Award cannot be applied for. Pioneers are nominated by the Approved Instructors.
